2. Digital Products

Digital products (e.g., script packs, PDF kits, templates) are delivered electronically upon purchase.

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are offered unless explicitly stated.
• You are granted a single-use, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal or professional development.

3. Coaching & Consultations

By booking a coaching session through this Site:

• You acknowledge that Evil HR Guy does not provide legal advice.
• These sessions are advisory in nature and based on experience and opinion.
• Payment is required in advance; missed or no-show appointments may not be refunded.

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Repeat cancellations may result in session forfeiture.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or servers;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

We reserve the right to deny access or terminate service to any user for misconduct or abuse.
